Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir with zero added sugar — less than 2g per bottle — and a minimum of sulphur, this is low-intervention fizz at its finest.
Aged 36 months on the lees, it pours a striking ruby gold with copper hues and a vivacious mousse. The nose delivers freshly pressed black grapes, red berries, and citrus; the palate is upright, mineral, and precise with vineyard peach, aromatic herbs, and a long, saline finish. The ultimate aperitif. Perfect with oysters, sashimi, or soft cheese.
