Luminous Fruit & Flinty Precision
The wine opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, pear, flinty minerality, and white florals, overlaid with a subtle layer of honeyed brioche. The palate is crisp and energetic, offering citrus and orchard fruits wrapped around a core of wet stone and almond. There are ripples of fresh honey, lime, and cream, and a buoyantly cool mouthfeel. Each sip finishes with saline minerality, lingering toast, and a classic brisk Chablisian finish.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested fruit is fermented in stainless steel and partially aged in French oak, building texture and length.
