Blank Canvas 「Anthem」黑皮諾 2019 來自紐西蘭中奧塔哥（Central Otago）Gibbston Valley——全球最南端的葡萄園之一,採用野生酵母發酵,50%整串葡萄發酵,並於低烘烤度橡木桶中陳釀後不經過濾直接裝瓶。酒香散發玫瑰花瓣、櫻桃果肉與艾草香氣,層層木質香草與辛香交織。
